We have been testing a new service called Filter Easy. This service sends a new filter to residents every 90 days. We have found many residents utilize a 30 day filter for many months, sometimes the entire length of their tenancy. This not only increases the utility cost for the resident, but also is extremely hard on the furnace. The long term effect on the furnace can require the replacement of the blower motor or worse.
The end result of this program is a cost savings for the resident and the property owner.
